This page is for Attendees who are from countries where a Canadian Visitor Visa is required to attend the CEN CAN Expo, September 11th - 12th, 2024 in Thunder Bay, Ontario Canada. You should check your visa requirements before traveling and booking accommodations or buying tickets.
Keep in mind that a Visa requires a certain amount of lead time and if you wait too long, there is a possibility that the Embassy will not be able to approve your request in time for you to attend the event.
If you are still interested in attending, We’ve created a process for our international delegates. All steps are required to attend.
1. Initial conversation with our international liaison for attendees. This conversation will center on the relevance of your participation and what you wish to accomplish by attending the event. This initial conversation begins by sending an email to: international@canadiantradex.com stating your interest in attending the event. Expect a response within 1-2 business days.
2. Purchasing the international delegate pass. A non-refundable ticket total of $100 + hst, payable through our ticketing platform.
3. If all of the above has been satisfied, we have put together two(2) documents.
a. Information Sheet - that we will send you to complete and return to us.
b. Formal Invitation Letter - signed by a representative of the event. That includes specific information that came from the information sheet that you submitted.
We look forward to welcoming all international delegates to the CEN CAN Expo, September 11th - 12th, 2024 in Thunder Bay, Ontario Canada.
Not everyone requires a visa to travel. Many countries have visa waiver agreements, which means they allow citizens of a select few countries to enter visa-free for short trips. Passport holders of Western countries (such as the U.S., Australia, Canada, and the EU States) can travel to most places without a visa.
